Case Study
Since 2017, IGMPR is working for Shanghai New Xi Cheng Holding on the development of a Holland themed 1.000 room holiday resort in Wulong, Chongqing. We developed the complete masterplan, including a full 2 day programme of leisure and (horti) cultural activities for families. Construction has started in 2019 and we continued to be involved as a design consultant working with Tsinghua architects (Beijing) and others on the detailed exterior, interior and landscape design.
